I know what you're thinking. "Does this guy know what bodybuilding is? Has he ever seen a gym before? Why does he have a terrible farmers tan?"
The truth is that guy hasn't seen a gym in 2 years. My name is Hunter Zane (hence inZane body) and that picture is me over a year ago.
I had not lifted any weight for 2 years. I weighed 194 lbs and thought that was amazing.
I hadn't weighed that little since my days in
high school when I wrestled. This just goes to show that the number on the scale matters very little. I got this body by running for 30 min 5 days a week and walking a lot through out the day.
After that 2 years I decided it was time for change. It was time to bodybuild and put on some muscle. I started going to the gym and fell in love with lifting weights. I started going 5-6 days a week about 60-90 min at a time and I loved pushing my body.
I changed many things through out the year and what I do now differs from what I did when I began weight lifting.
This is me now.
Yeah I thought it would be a good idea to get a mustache.
I weighed in at 204 at this point and was feeling good about my body. I put on a lot of muscle and had definition that I hadn't had in a long time.
It took a lot of hard work in the gym to get to this point but it was worth it!
To be honest there was nothing complicated to my transformation. A lot of people in the industry like to over complicate the process just to seem smarter or give the appearance that it must work because their way is so complicated.
The truth is keep it simple and stay consistent. By keeping it simple and just being consistent with my workouts I was able to see amazing results. When you keep it simple and are consistent, you too will see amazing results.
I wanted to share my story with you because I know that you too can reach the same physique. It's really not that hard. It truly requires one thing.
I got this way because I was consistent. Everything I did was very simple but I just kept at it. That's what I teach here.
Fitness isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. (Don't worry you don't actually need to run. I'll explain later.)
Bodybuilding is all about being consistent with your workouts and being consistent with your diet.
