When you're just beginning bodybuilding it's easy to give up. Bodybuilding is hard work both physically and mentally.
How many times have you gone to the gym and seen guys who just never seem to improve their physique. I've been going to the same gym my whole life and there are some people who literally have looked the same way 10 years ago. The funny thing is I see them there all the time.
Yeah they're going to the gym everyday 2 things are happening that are impeding them from seeing real results. 1. They probably are not working out the right way to actually see results. A lot of people are misinformed on how to properly workout the body. 2. They don't have the mindset to get after it when they go to the gym. They're going because it's what they're told is good for them but they're really not looking to make huge improvements.
I've found a way to actually see great improvements in your physique over short period of time. It all starts in one place.
If you're not mentally prepared or mentally dedicated than you are going to fail and burn out very quickly. Especially in the beginning bodybuilding is a huge mental game.
This is because you will not see results right away, you will want to give up, you will be tired, and you will feel like your going backwards some days. You need to recognize this so that when you do feel that way you can work past it.
You need to be a dedicated and have a beast mindset. Sounds childish but honestly it's the mindset I try to have and it works great for me.
This is a "get after it" attitude. It means you will do whatever work necessary to achieve your goals. This means you get up early before anyone else is up or you're hitting the gym later than anyone else because it's the only time you have to fit in achieving your goals.
This means every time you walk in the gym your out for blood. Not anyone else's blood but your own blood. You're making sure that by the time you are done working out you've left everything in the gym. You gave it your all.
When you have this mindset, that is when you will see results. There is no 50% there's only 100%.
It's going to be hard, I'm not going to lie to you. A lot of guys drop off before they see any results. Not you though. You're still here reading this which sets you apart from the rest.
