I like the basics. That's why I created bodybuilding for beginners for you. It includes the 3 most important things you need when starting to bodybuild.

It's great that you want to start this journey. I remember when I first fell in love with going to the gym and building my body.

It was hard at the beginning because I didn't know what I was doing at all. Every time I went to the gym I was awkward, weird and just uncomfortable. Lucky for me I had my dad to teach me the ropes!

I'm hear to do the same for you. Obviously I can't be there physically but I can offer support in many other ways thanks to technology.

Now there are 3 very important things you should have when you start this journey.

1. Gym

The hard truth is that if you truly want to bodybuild you are going to need quite a bit of equipment so you can lift fairly heavy. You're not going to fail if you don't but you will see progress very quickly.

The gym doesn't have to be that fancy with every single piece of gym equipment ever invented. It just has to have the basics so you can get a good lift with all your major muscle groups.

I go to a small family gym and it has everything I need and I love it because I don't have to fight with crowds and I know everyone there because it's just that small.

2. Workout Plan

So you found a gym close to your house that has everything you need!  Know you need to know how to utilize it to benefit you the most. That's what a workout plan does for you.

So how do you create a workout plan without knowing anything about working out. I will create a custom bodybuilding program for you! That's why this is number 2 in bodybuilding for beginners. Workout plans are that important! That's where I can help!

What does that mean? It means that I will take into account your goals, your schedule, what you lack and what you know to create the ultimate workout plan for you that will guarantee you results if you stick to it!

3. Dedication

Unfortunately I really can't help you with this one. This one comes from within.

You need to decide that you want to do this and write it down and look at it every day. There will be hard days and days you want to give up or skip the gym. Those days come and go.

Once you have it decided that you're going to go to the gym and follow that workout plan is the day you become unstoppable!
