I created this bodybuilding guide because my guess is you have a life outside of the gym. Whether it be a family, a job, school or all three of those things the gym cannot be your main focus and it shouldn't be.
Those top bodybuilders out there dedicate there lives to the sport. It's their job and their school basically. It's unrealistic for most people to live that kind of lifestyle.
The good news is you can dedicate a good portion of your day to bodybuilding and still balance everything else in your life.
Now you will not get as big as the guys who are on stage but you can create a nice and big physique just through following these 3 simple tips of this mini bodybuilding guide.
Most people are not morning people and I realize that. I use to not be but then I told myself to stop being a baby and I started waking up at 5am everyday and the first thing I do every morning is go to the gym.
Going to the gym is my biggest priority and that's why I get it out of the way first thing in the morning. There's no better way to start the day than with a hard lift and a little bit of H.I.I.T. cardio.
The benefits that come from waking up early are amazing. You will feel more productive through out the day. You will feel more awake and have more energy. I know that seems like the opposite of how you should feel but that's just the way it is.
The best way to spend time with your family is to bring them along to do something you all love. Share your love of the gym with them by bringing them with you.
Now don't force them to go if they don't want to but this is a great way to get family time and gym time in at the same time.
Personally it's what my family does. We're all so busy with work and school the only time we get together is at the gym. We are able to push each other and motivate each other every time we go to the gym.
Another plus is you won't be alone at the gym anymore because you know what they say, there's strength in numbers.
The truth is if you want to make it to the gym you will make time for it. No one and I mean no one is "too busy" where they don't have time to go to the gym. That's just an excuse.
Staying motivated is hard but you just need to realize what you want and then go get it.
Music helps me a lot so create a playlist that pumps you up and only listen to it before and during your workout. It will lose it's value if you listen to it all the time.
Also looking up motivational videos on Youtube helps. It sounds kind of weird but there's nothing more motivating than words from a motivational speaker or words of a pro bodybuilder about working hard.
I know life can be busy and our goals can be pushed aside that's why I made this bodybuilding guide page. These 3 simple things you can apply right now and instantly see a change in your life.
I know since I've started implementing these 3 tips in my life I have seen huge changes for the better not only in the gym but as well in my daily life.
I'd like to know what else you do to manage to get to the gym in your busy life! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think!!
