The bodybuilding multivitamin was something I took for granted in the beginning of my training. I figured how could these little pills, that turn my pee neon green, help me out in bodybuilding.

Once I started to really understand how the body works and what it needs to run efficiently, I decided it was time to invest in some multivitamins. The benefits that came from them aren't super drastic but I can definitely tell a difference when I take them and when I am not.

I suggest to you that you invest in some multivitamins because it will just give you that much of an edge on everyone else. You will also feel a lot better which is something I believe everyone wants.

What is a multivitamin?

Great question. It sounds like exactly what the name says it is. It is a pill that has multiple vitamins in it. It has a lot of vitamins that you are probably not getting from all the fruits and veggies you are not eating.

Don't worry I have the same problem. I don't eat nearly enough fruits and veggies so that's why I take a multivitamin every day to supplement the lack of vitamins I am getting.

If you look at the nutrition label on the bottle of a multivitamin you will see that it is a mile long and contains a ton of different vitamins that are all good for you!

Benefits of Bodybuilding Multivitamins

The biggest benefit I notice of taking multivitamins is the amount of energy I have through out the day. Now I'm sure the amount of energy I have is due to many factors but overall I feel that bodybuilding multivitamins have made some impact in the process.

I use to be tired through out the day and required a nap half way through the day but ever since I started taking multivitamins I've been able to forgo the nap most days. Which is nice and makes me more productive through out the day.

Overall I just feel better. I am not able to explain exactly how but I just feel better. It's one of those thing you have to try before you can really understand what I mean.

Generally multivitamins are pretty cheap so you're not going to break the bank on them. That's why it's definitely one of the first things you should invest in if you're just starting out!

The Negative Side of Multivitamins

Just like anything in life there is a negative side to these wonderful little pills.

One of them being that your pee will turn a wonderful neon greenish yellow color. Don't freak out when you see it for the first time. It's perfectly fine. It's just your body expelling excess stuff from your body that it was not able to process.

Another down side is that it's not a perfect replacement for fruits and veggies. They are convenient but not a perfect solution. The best would obviously to eat more fruits and veggies. Multivitamins are just the next best solution!
