What sets Dymatize Pre WO apart from the rest? Is it the ingredients they put in? The quantities of those ingredients? Is it the amazing flavor? It might just be a combination of all three of those. No point in wasting time let's jump right into it.
Let's start with one of the most important things. Let's be honest if a supplement doesn't taste good going down then it probably would be a huge turn off for you.
Lucky for you Dymatize Pre WO made a great tasting supplement! So no need to worry about that aspect of it. I got the Pineapple Orange Crush flavor which is really good. Not so strong on the pineapple flavor but nonetheless it is good.
It does not have that almost carbonated after taste that comes with a lot of pre workouts. That is a huge plus for me. This is the first thing I drink in the morning and it doesn't make me gag or anything. It goes down easy and leaves no crappy aftertaste.
Sit back and be amazed by how well this pre workout works. It comes with a whooping 8g of citrulline malate. That's 2 more grams than most pre workouts. This means you're going to get more of a pump.
Then they added 3.2g of Beta-Alanine. This is going to set a fire an under your ass so you get to work and won't want to stop lifting.
On top of that they added 300mg of caffeine. Now am I a huge fan of this? No. I think it's a little much and unnecessary but with that said this could wake up the dead.
Overall every time I take this I have an amazing workout and I keeps me going through out my entire workout. I think they're the pushing the boundary on how much is too much when it comes to ingredients but it's still in the acceptable range for sure.
A huge downside of this pre workout is how much it costs. I mean you are definitely getting what you pay for but are you willing to break the bank. It comes out to 40$ for 20 servings. Now I'm no mathematician but that's 2$ a serving. A little steep if you ask me.
Now I'm going to let you in on a little secret. I don't take a full scoop. I take about 3/4 of a scoop. This means I'm getting more servings than 20. Quick maths. I think it still works great and it brings down the cost per serving if you're cheap like me.
Heck to the yes! This is an amazing pre workout and if you're willing to fork over the extra dough it will really bump up the intensity in your workouts. Now this is a very strong and I mean thee strongest pre workout I've tried, so this isn't going to be for everyone.
