Kaged Muscle's Pre-Kaged:
Most Over Priced Pre Workout?

kaged muscle the most over priced pre workoutKaged Muscle in theory should work amazing. Does it though?

Pre-Kaged seems like it would have everything you would even need in a pre workout. I mean the supplement facts label is a mile long with a whole blend of different ingredients for different effects. In theory this pre workout should blow all the others out of the water. Only in theory though because after trying it out for 2 weeks now I've come to the conclusion that it's just not that great.

Now I'm not saying it's downright awful and a complete waste of money, it's only a partial waste of money because you will still get a good workout with a good pump by taking it. So where does it go wrong you ask?

Pre-Kaged: Most Over Priced Pre Workout

Down Sides

The number one problem I have with Pre-Kaged is that you have to take it with 16-20 oz of water. Now that is a lot of water to quickly consume in a short period of time. Especially right before your workout, it's annoying to have all that water sitting in your stomach. Now it's not a huge deal but I do prefer something that I can take real quick and not have to continue sucking it down for the next 30 minutes.

When taking this I also feel that it wears off rather quickly. Like it can't get me through my whole workout. Now the beginning of my workout gives me good energy but it dies down about half way through and I'm only lifting for an hour. This happens almost every time and it is quite annoying because I work out early in the morning so I need something that's going to keep me awake the whole time.

Overall I just think that this pre workout should be a lot more potent with it's mile long list of ingredients but it just doesn't cut it. I mean don't get me wrong it still does it's job in giving you a good workout for the first half but for what you're paying I would say it's not worth it.

Up Sides

Now it's not completely bad like I said earlier. It does have some pros to it. For instance the taste is pretty good. It's not super sweet and has a very natural flavor to it. I got the fruit punch flavor and it's no problem drinking it in the morning when it comes to flavor, quantity is another story.

It will still give you a good workout if you want to invest a lot of money in it. It works just as well as other pre workouts that I've tried with a slight disadvantage in how long it lasts. If that fancies you and you like spending more money for the same results then maybe this is the pre workout just for you.

Pre-Kaged: Should you unleash it out of the cage?

I would personally say no and go use your money elsewhere, such as better and cheaper pre workouts. Now everyone is different and I realize that. What works for one person may not work for aonther so with that said, this is just my opinion. It did not work for me and I'm letting you know my unbias opinion of how it worked.
